6/S Elgin 7J pocket watch movement # 8663524 in running condition stem at the 3:00 position. Watch movement is cased in a C. W. MFG CO. 14KT gold U.S. ASSAY hunting style coin edge case. Back is set with a total of 23 stones, 16 diamonds, 6 rubies and 1 sapphire case #181923.

Case is in great shape. Dial is 100% condition. This is a very unusual high quality case. Case is worth more than the asking price of the complete watch.
