8/S 39+/-mm Baulte Geneva case # 70403 cylinder escapement 4J key wind and set pocket watch in an 18K marked fancy engraved case. I would believe that the dial has some gold content.

Case is in great shape. Dial is 100% condition although the picture shows it dirty I test cleaned a small section and it cleans up nicely. For a proper cleaning it needs to be removed. I do not normally clean as I do not want to take life away from the case I do not repair watches. Each person has his or her own method of cleaning so I leave it to the buyer to perform this magic. Movement does not run however, the balance is good. It may be over banked to get it running or just need to be wound.
